We're looking for a seasoned Lead Data Engineer Mentor to guide our mentees, ensuring they're well-equipped to thrive in their desired roles. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored mentoring sessions to provide comprehensive guidance to mentees.
• Monitor mentee progress, ensuring they meet the curriculum's milestones.
• Assist with networking, offering introductions and guidance for building professional relationships.
• Prepare mentees for interviews, including mock sessions, feedback, and strategies.

Qualifications:

• A proven track record of achievements in data engineering.
• Exceptional coaching, mentoring, and communication skills.
• Ability to understand individual learning needs and adapt mentoring approaches accordingly.

Compensation:

• $50-75 CAD per hour
• Receive an additional bonus based on successful hires, typically 0.5-2.5% of the mentee's first-year base salary.
